Females can be kept together in what is called a ‘sorority’ provided that there is enough hiding spots when aggression levels get too much. Males cannot be kept together with either sex.

We are currently a fully online store. We welcome any questions or queries for more information in regards to the products (e.g. extra videos & pictures for the fishes), just send us a message.

Please put the product in your wish-list or send us a message and we will try to replenish the stock as soon as possible.

The bettas depicted in the picture are an example of the betta breed purchased, unless otherwise stated it is not the exact fish you will receive. We do offer a VIP service where prices are a little bit higher allowing you to select the actual fish.


Please be aware that marble variety bettas (i.e. Koi, Grizzle, Fancy, etc.) can change pattern and colour during transit as well as over time. We cannot guarantee the pattern will remain the same throughout its lifetime.


Fin nipping during transit is an occurrence that can happen during postage. Please understand this is a risk with long-finned varieties.

As we are currently a fully online store, all purchases are done through the website. Please follow the check-out prompts to complete the purchase.

Yes, we have a very large variety of fish and rarely have time to put them all on the site, if you after a particular first that you do not see on the website please feel free to contact us with details of what you would like.


Below are some of the most frequently asked questions regarding delivery

Fishes can be shipped worldwide. We currently ship to over 17 countries around the world.

Shipping is included in the price of the fish, depending on where you are located that will be potentially an import fee plus the transhipper fee.

The fish will need to be prepared for shipping.
Please place the orders in by 2pm the previous day for the fish to be shipped out. For example, please place the order by 2pm on Tuesday for shipping on Wednesday.

Yes, any address except PO Box addresses are accepted

We do not have drivers and delivery persons of our own. We make use of third party services for this and the delivery times are much dependant on the routes the drivers take as well as their workload. As such, contacting the drivers is based on the companies discretion as they are not our employees.

Orders usually arrive within a week, often less. The time-frame is only an estimate. Delays do occur with courier vehicle breakdowns and quarantine checks.

We ship Live fish on Mondays & Wednesdays to prevent any delays causing the fish to be stuck over the weekend in the depots.

Yes, a tracking number will be provided for you to track the progress. Please contact us via email or Facebook if the tracking number is invalid.
Can I have my order delivered to a PO box address?

Yes, address changes have to be authorised in-person by calling the couriers.
Please be aware that address changes cause a 24-hour delay in deliveries.
Please ensure that the addresses are correct on check-out. Extended delays from an incorrect address and resultant DOAs are not refundable.

Please send us a clear picture/video of the fish in the unopened bag, we will provide a full refund for any fish arriving dead.
Postage costs are not refundable.
Please refer to the DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy for more information

Refunds will be processed normally in 1-3 days. Depending on the method of payment, the time can vary slightly.

Unfortunately, change of minds of live fish are not refundable. We do not endorse impulse purchasing, so please have all preparations in place prior to purchasing.

We do not condone the sending of illegal items across state borders, but unfortunately it is a common question asked. As stated, some items are not allowed into certain countries and states due to state Quarantine Laws. If this advice is ignored and items are destroyed by quarantine, items are not refundable. Please do not purchase items that are not allowed in your country or state. If you do, it will be at your own risk.

How to order?

One of the biggest questions we are always asked is, how exactly people buy a fish from us? Including receiving the fish in their home country, so with this in mind we have put together this Page as a resource for our customer’s, detailing the step-by-step process of how it all works.

How to order Betta fish from Thailand

Hopefully this makes it as transparent and straightforward as possible, we are experts at what we do and make the whole process very easy. For those people that are a bit more Image focused also created a nice diagram detailing the process.

    1. 1. Step one is a simple as you shop on our website and find a fish (or a few fish), that you hopefully fall in love with and want to buy!
    1. 2. Purchased the fish by following the easy-to-use shopping cart, payments are handled securely by Stripe payment system, we also offer PayPal for convenience so you can choose which ever you prefer. In an effort to make this process as transparent as possible our prices include the shipping fees both to your country and to the transhipper within Thailand.
    1. 3. After placing your order, we will send your face to the local Thai transhipper who then sends it to a transhipper in your country.
    1. 4. We send your contact details to the local transhipper in your home country, and they will contact you when your fish has arrived allowing you to organise delivery.

*FYI we use transhippers as they are licensed to ship and receive fish removing any chance that they get stuck in quarantine or rejected.
**There will be a fee for you to pay to the local transhipper for them to handle the fish additionally you will need to pay for the fish to be delivered to you or you can organise collection if you live locally to the transhipper. Please note we can send to any transhipper in your home country so if there’s one near your home then we are more than happy to send directly to them.

We have a number of transhippers we work with her a list of some and the fees for receiving and handling the fish. Note as mentioned we do not need to send to these transhippers they are just for your guidance and information. If you have a transhipper you would prefer to use them, we are more than happy to work with them for you.

Choosing a transhipper located near your address will help ensure your betta arrives at your destination address safely and more quickly.

For new buyers, you could contact transhipper to confirm arrival date and exact amount of transhipping fee.
